Privacy Policy

Fir Sure Designs is a small business based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. We follow Canada's privacy laws, including PIPEDA and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act.

When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you purchased.

When you create an account: your name, email and a password (stored in encrypted form).

When you send a custom order request or contact message: your name, email, optional phone number, your message, your selections, and any reference photos you upload.

Payments are made by Interac e-Transfer through your own bank. We never see your banking login or card details.

To process, ship and support your orders; to reply to your quote requests and messages; to send order confirmations and shipping updates; and to keep records we're required to keep for accounting and tax purposes.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked to receive them.

We use trusted providers to run the store: Supabase (secure database and file storage, hosted in Canada), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google Analytics (website statistics). Some of these providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and your browser's local storage to remember your cart.

We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located and what device they use. This information is aggregated and isn't used for advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and tax requirements (generally up to 7 years). Quote requests and messages are kept only as long as they're useful for serving you. You can close your account at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@firsuredesigns.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to the business owner.
