By using this website or placing an order with Fir Sure Designs, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.

Every piece is handcrafted from natural wood and epoxy resin. Grain, knots, colour and pattern vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from photos. These variations are expected and are not defects.

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Online orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer for Edmonton pickup and shipping within Canada — send it to payments@firsuredesigns.com with your order number as the message. E-Transfer orders are held for 48 hours and may be cancelled if payment isn't received. For orders outside Canada, contact info@firsuredesigns.com to arrange payment.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by one.

Custom work begins once you approve the quote and pay a non-refundable 50% deposit. The balance is due before the piece ships or is picked up. Timelines in quotes are estimates. Personalized custom pieces can't be exchanged or returned (see our Return & Exchange Policy).

By sending names, logos, images or designs for personalization, you confirm you have the right to use them.

Follow our Care Guide to keep your piece in good condition. Serving pieces are for serving, not cutting. We're not responsible for damage from misuse, heat, prolonged sun exposure, soaking or improper care.

All website content, designs and photos belong to Fir Sure Designs and may not be copied or used without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Fir Sure Designs's liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
