Shipping Policy

Ready-made pieces ship within 1–3 business days of your order (for e-Transfer orders, within 1–3 business days of your payment arriving).

Custom pieces ship when complete — the timeline is included with your quote.

Canada: $25.00 CAD flat rate, usually delivered in 3–8 business days after shipping.

Outside Canada: email info@firsuredesigns.com with the piece you'd like and your address, and we'll quote shipping and arrange payment.

Local pickup in Edmonton, Alberta: free. We'll contact you to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready (usually 1–3 business days).

Your shipping options and final cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

When your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also see your order status and tracking in your account if you checked out while signed in.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer; if a package is returned to us, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
